Elves, Toy soldiers and reindeers have invaded The Seletar Mall in a Whimsical Toyland Christmas Campaign. The team had a blast putting together these structures in partnership with an agency. Building a mini-theme park in a shopping center, check! The children in the neighborhood were crazily excited because of the bright colored setups and fun props, estimated admission of 750 - 980 families to this mini indoor theme park per day throughout the 2 weeks campaign. Which the Chagall team have built from scratch.

-Installation of Christmas Trees, wreaths and general area Christmas decorations

-Sourcing, procurement & installation of inflatable castle & slide

-Provision of DB box and general electrical work

-PE drawings and endorsement of load-bearing structures

-PE endorsement to ensure Carousel weight within load bearing limit on Mall flooring
