Polyfoam (Polyurethane) Props
We make 3D polyfoam sculptures and props mainly for event and exhibition display purposes. This material can be sculpted into irregular shapes, suitable for making into aesthetic custom props for temporary use. Our in-house artists of above 30 years who are also fine-art trained, sculpts these props. Send us your design with dimensions and we will do the rest for you!
Fibreglass Props
The fiberglass props are durable and takes longer time to fabricate. Usually used for permanent displays in shops, restaurants, museums etc. The fiberglass props are also made inhouse at our defu production house by our artists and technician.
First, a polyfoam prop is sculpted to precision. Then, and a mould is made out of it. The mould is used to replicate the fiberglass props. Finally, the painting is done on the fiberglass props.

Most retail shops, restaurants, exhibitions and events build ups need carpentry props such as booths, and retail racks or aesthetic structures. We provide quality carpentry production suitable for its purpose.

Metal Props & Structures
We make metal signages, metal designer outdoor furniture, metal designer cladding for buildings, metal see-saw, metal slide, metal monumental statues and more. Our metal works team procure the metal raw material and meticulously work on the welding. Metal props are usually made for functional purposes such as sitting (like benches) and playing (for slides) because of the durability.
Alternatively, if you require a prop which is light weight but looks like metal on the outside, our creative artists can make a prop in a light weight material and then do metal rustic effects on the exterior of the prop to achieve the metallic effect you desire.
Wire and Cloth Props
Wire and cloth sculptures are commonly used in mid-autumn festival and for making irregular shape props. At Chagall 3D, we weld these lanterns and props and make it from scratch.
Wire props can incorporate artificial grass to produce garden props as well. Not limited to cloth material. Do get in touch with our team for my understanding of this material.
